when the individual survival seems secured
(i.e. until ODSP calls with another strange life-shattering decision from an overworked worker, or the changes of social assistance are implemented and i suddenly get coerced into some new "life stabilization" or "employment service" that will only make me less stable because there is absolutely no chance that our provincial and municipal bureaucracy understand what my life is about and what i need to actually be a dignified human being (i need a decent basic income, an end to the 800 ODSP rules on top of my head every day, especially no more rules! and a rent i can afford on my own, and love) or i loose my housing allowance as it is planned to happen in 2024 or even before if Finance Minister suddenly finds it a win to cut that particular budget line, or...)then survival art turns towards systemic change
