essay towards a society without disability
disability is difference. difference is no lack or impairment of impediment.
but difference can still be experienced as painful and thus it can be a call for the collective to offer a path towards less suffering.
that suffering however does not have to be defined as disability.
imagine a collective where we trust each other and our mutual requests for a path of change. imagine we provide
for the change for free. would it be too expensive? there is no way to predict the economy of a society that is not ableist. maybe the changes needed
would be completely different. maybe it would less expensive than disability.
